G66522640, registered on the Government of Catalonia’s Foundations Register, and with contact email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Subject matter and scope
The user is subject to the policies and terms in force at the time at which they use this website unless, by law or a under a decision made by the competent authority, relevant changes to the aforementioned policies or terms must be made retroactively. In this sense, the Supporters' Clubs World Confederation reserves the right to change or update the information contained on the website, its configuration and presentation, and terms of access at any time and without notice. Therefore, it is recommended that users consult the terms contained in this legal notice regularly.

11. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

Should any conflict or discrepancy arise in the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions, the courts or tribunals to which the case is submitted, if applicable, shall be those defined by applicable legislation regarding competent jurisdiction, which, as end consumers are involved, correspond to the place at which the obligation is fulfilled or to the user’s place of residence.
Should the user reside outside of Spain, or should the case consist of a purchase made by a company, both parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
